Barbra Ann Owens Winesett, age 78, of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday May 14, 2022 in Forsyth Medical Center.

Barbara was born on December 9, 1943 in Alleghany County, North Carolina to the late James H. Caudill and Cora Lee Owens.

She is survived by her husband Roger Glen Winesett of Galax, Virginia; daughter and fiancé Terena Winesett and Eddie Spears of Woodlawn, Virginia; sister Jeanetta Edwards of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Shirley Mae and Robert Evans of Franklinville, North Carolina and Mary Ann and Jim Miller of Sparta North Carolina; brother Howard Caudill of Ennice, North Carolina; granddaughter Crystal Tate of Galax, Virginia; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday May 17, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Meadow Creek Cemetery with Elder Pete Hawks officiating.
