Barbara Ann Mullis age 58 of Sparta, North Carolina passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 in the Forsyth Medical Center.
Barbara was born in Alleghany County, North Carolina on September 23, 1959 to R.L. and Bonnie Bell Medley Parsons. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother Robert Edward Parsons.
In addition to her mother Bonnie Bell Parsons of Sparta, North Carolina, Barbara is survived by her husband Robert D. Mullis; daughter and special friend Leann Mullis and Glen Phipps; son and daughter-in-law Robert Paul and Janet Lynn Mullis; daughter Shannon Farmer all of Sparta, North Carolina; grandchildren Donnie McWatters; David McWatters; Amber McWatters; Sophie Dilley; Alvin Best; Mason Best and Kenny Best; brothers-in-law and spouse Mason Mullis; David Mullis and Roger and Marie Mullis; several nieces and nephews; special friends Linda Mora; Nancy Hall; Matt Triplett; John Meachum; Bobby Goss and Robert Roten; Bill and Ella Billings; Joy Maines.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 20, 2017 at 5:30 PM at the Masonic Lodge in Sparta, North Carolina.
