Arrisha Michele (Shelley) Oakley age 52 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Shelley was born on November 20, 1968 to Jimmy Treadway and Marqurite Allison Chaffman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Duane Chaffman.

She is survived by her husband Timmy Oakley of Galax, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law Kayla Chaffman McCraw and Anthony of Cana, Virginia; Desiree Oakley and James Taylor of Galax, Virginia; three grandchildren Cameron Brown; Rocelyn McCraw and A.J. McCraw; sister and brother-in-law Tina and Stacy Redd of Woodlawn, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; special friend Sandy Richardson.

A memorial service will be held Sunday at 11:00 AM in the Hillsville Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Stacy Redd officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
