Annie Bell Funk Brown age 99 of Thomasville, N.C. passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at the Thomasville Medical Center.
Mrs. Brown was born on September 11, 1909 in Grayson County, Va. to Elbert K. & Sarah Bundy Funk. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Anderson Brown.
She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Lorene Brown Boyd & William L. Boyd of Thomasville, N.C.; two grandchildren & spouses Loretta B. & Mark Hutchens; Rhonda K. & Wayne Hess; seven great-grandchildren Levi Hutchens; Paige Hess; Joshua Hess; Jacob Hess; Brandon Hess; Patrick Roper and Kevin Scott.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 21, 2009 at 11:30 am in Leonard Memorial Cemetery with Mark Valentine officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday morning from ten until eleven at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
