Anna Mae Calhoun March age 79 of Morganton, N.C. passed away Tuesday in Carolinas Medical Center-Northeast. Mrs. March was born in Fieldburg, West Virginia on March 31, 1928 to Flem & Rosie Valentine Tolliver. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny March. She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law Margaret & Jessie Lemon of Maryland Heights, Mo.; Myra & Tony Chapman of Kannapolis, N.C.; Miranda & Maurice McKinney of Charlotte, N.C.; sons & daughters-in-law Scott & Beverly Calhoun of Morganton, N.C.; Darius & Lillian Calhoun of Hickory, N.C.; Lloyd & Queen Calhoun of Durham, N.C.; Rudolph Calhoun of Columbus, Ohio; sister & brother-in-law Marshal & Robert of Galax, Va.; fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm in Tollivers Chapel Church with Bishop Michael Sloan officiating. Burial will follow in Glades Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Tollivers Chapel Church.
