Andrew Allen Ashworth age 30 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008. Andrew was born on July 14, 1977 in Galax, Va. He is survived by his wife Shalee Elizabeth Ashworth; daughter Tayler Elizabeth Ashworth, son Andrew "Cade" Ashworth; parents Kenneth & Sue Andrews; sister & brother-in-law Tammy & Jeff Pickett; brother Randall Lee Ashworth all of Galax, Va.; grandmother Ruth Rutherford; several aunts, uncles, cousins; three nieces & two nephews. The funeral service will be held Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Ron Fredericks, and Rev. Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until nine at the Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church.
