Andre' Cordell Cox age 53 of Galax, Virginia departed his Earthly Life on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the New River Valley Medical Center.

Andre' was born in Galax, Virginia on April 24, 1966 to Odell Roosevelt and Maxine Savannah Blair Cox. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a half-brother Johnathan Brown; step-son Avery Dale Newman; father-in-law Pete Fender and sister-in-law Doris Lineberry.

He is survived by his wife Kimberley Fender Cox of Galax, Virginia; children Adele Cox and fiance' Jacob Gogan of Sandston, Virginia; Julian Cox of Galax, Virginia; Harley Holden and fiancé and caregiver Hope Gleason of Galax, Virginia; mother-in-law Bobbie Fender; brother-in-law Robert Fender; sister-in-law and spouse Kathy and Larry Funk all of Woodlawn, Virginia; special daughter and caregiver Autumn George of Fries, Virginia; special brother Larry "Lurch" Lowman of West Virginia; host of step-nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held in the Oldtown Cemetery with his aunt Pastor JoAnn Cox officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with the burial expenses.
