Amanda Leigh "Amy" Felts age 35 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at her home.
Amy was born on May 15, 1975 in Galax, Virginia to David and Mary L. Tate Felts.
She is survived by her daughter Ambriel Jade Felts of Galax, Virginia; mother Lucy Byrd of Galax, Virginia; father and step-mother David and Tina Felts of Independence, Virginia; half-brother Darren Felts of Fries, Virginia; several aunts, uncles and cousins; special cousin Sherry Lewis.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 6:00 pm unitl 7:30 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
