Alice Diana Roberts' Obituary
Alice Diana Roberts age 59 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014 at her home.
Diana was born on January 13, 1955 in Grayson County, Virginia to Cloyd McDaniel and Mary Davis Hanks.
She is survived by her husband Dwayne L. Roberts of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Michael Dwayne and Corrine Holderfield of South Boston, Virginia; James McDaniel and Angela Holderfield of Galax, Virginia; five grandchildren Shianna, Dylan, Shannon, Michael and Jamie; sisters and brothers-in-law Esther Irene and James Rowland of Gretna, Virginia; Mary Elizabeth Rowland of Galax, Virginia; Artance & Dwight Burnette of Fries, Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law Chester and Margaret Hanks of Hillsville, Virginia; Jimmy Wayne and Susan Hanks; Jessie Ray Hanks all of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Tim Bond officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Ararat Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
