Alexander Coenraad Vuurmans, 63, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at this home in Fries, Virginia.  Mr. Vuurmans was born June 14, 1959 in Zeist, Holland to the late Coenraad and Christine Vuurmans.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn E. Vuurmans of the home; daughters Ashleigh Gilley of Marion, Virginia and Kira Lillian Maguire of Fries, Virginia; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Henri and Sandra Vuurmans of Galax;  Max and Wendy Vuurmans of Wesley Chapel, North Carolina; niece Kasey Mendoza; nephews Ryan Vuurmans, Justin Vuurmans and Cole Vuurmans.

The funeral service will be held Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Fries Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until time for the service. Burial will be private for the family.
