Alburn William "Bill" Carrico age 59 of Bassett, Va. passed away Thursday, November 1, 2007 in Martinsville Memorial Hospital. Mr. Carrico was born on March 10, 1948 in Carroll County, Va. to Venard & Inez Funk Carrico. He is survived by his wife Janice Fields Carrico of Bassett, Va.; daughter Melinda Carrico of Ennice, N.C.; step-children Daniel Towler & Douglas Towler, Jr. both of Tennessee; Rosa Lee Towler Miller & Wanda Towler both of Fries, Va.; sister Judy Vaughan of Galax, Va.; brothers & sisters-in-law Robert & Marvalene Carrico of Wilson, N.C.; Charles & Brenda Carrico; Roger & Mary Carrico all of Galax, Va.; Kenneth Carrico of Collinsville, Va.; three grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 4, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Full Gospel Revival Center with Rev. Sam Kinzer officiating. Burial will follow in Stevens Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from seven until nine at the Full Gospel Revival Center.
