Agnes Christine Wright age 77 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 in Twin County Regional Hospital.
Miss Wright was born on December 22, 1931 in Grayson County, Va. to Bruce & Gladys Hawks Wright.
She is survived by her sisters Alese Bryant of Salem, Va.; Maxine Robinson of Gibsonville, N.C.; Peggy Truitt of Elon College, N.C.; Doris Jones of Galax, Va; Betty Holder of Mt.Airy, N.C.; Nancy Johnson & Sue Lineberry of Galax, Va; brothers Dale Wright of Rural Retreat, Va.; Jack Wright of Galax, Va.; Don Wright of Hinesville, Ga.; Bill Wright of Fries,Va.; Ronnie Wright & Hascal Wright of Galax, Va; several nieces and nephews; special caregivers Lena Lineberry & Jackie Horton.
A graveside service will be held Friday, October 30, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Wright Family Cemetery with Pastor Jimmy Canup and Rev. Ted Bartlett officiating . The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The family will be at the home of Jack & Sue Lineberry.
