Aaron Lennie Murray, Jr. age 85 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Waddell Nursing Home.
Mr. Murray was born on September 8, 1924 in Grayson County, Va. to Aaron Lennie and Leonna Cox Murray.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Joseph A. Murray and Anna M. Paisley of Galax, Va; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Pierce and Rev. Randy Morris officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time. Burial will follow in the Hardin Cox Cemetery. The family request donations be made to Grayson VFW Post 7726
