Aaron Michael Cockerham, better known as "Big Show", age 31. of Elkin, NC, and formerly of Galax, VA, died Saturday, March 8, 2008 in Elkin. He was born in Montgomery County, Maryland, Feb. 2, 1977. Surviving are his parents, Brother Michael Stuart and Wilma Collins Cockerham, Elkin, NC, brothers & sister in law, Alan Cockerham, Elkin, NC, Ryan and Anita Cockerham, Woodlawn, VA, Josh Cockerham, Elkin, NC, maternal grandfather, Lester W. Cousins, Manassas, VA, aunts & spouses, Jeanie & J.D. Brewer, Winston Salem, NC, Tammy & John Robinson, Galax, VA, Kathy & Dave Clark, Manassas, VA, Rebecca & Robert Bryson, Manassas, VA uncles & spouse, Dennis & Gayle Cockerham. Lynchburg, VA, Roy Wayne Collins, Parkersburg, W. VA, niece, Emma Cockerham, nephew, Michael Cockerham, several cousins, and special friends, "Off The Line Customs".

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, 1:00 PM, at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax, VA with Brother Ricky Cothren and Brother Winford Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Meadow Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax.
